Part 2 : Brand architecture

In this second part, the 4 modules and 2 webinars, will help you explore tools that turn insight into a structured brand system. You will define your brand DNA (mission, vision, values, personality, promise, 5‑year ambition) and build a Kapferer‑inspired prism adapted to a luxury‑diaspora positioning. You clarify how the brand stands between global luxury and Africanity, inclusivity and desirability, and translate this into differentiation territories, pricing recommendations and a strong founder‑led narrative with all core texts.

Part 3 : Go-to-Market strategies

This last part comes with 4 modules and 2 webinars and focuses on execution and market entry. You design a three‑phase launch roadmap (personal branding and community, teasing, collection launch) with clear milestones and content. You build a content strategy and three‑month editorial calendar, define key channels and partnerships (influencers, concept stores, media, institutions), and structure your offer and pricing to balance statement pieces and commercial items while aligning with a coherent luxury‑anchored positioning.
